- Record a brief description of the conflict.
- List who’s involved.
- Describe what the conflict is about.
- How did it start?
- How did it escalate or get worse?
- How does each person feel about it?
- What does each person want or need?
- If it has ended, how did it end?
- What type of conflict would you call this?
- Do you think it could have ended differently? If so, how?
- Finally, give your conflict a title.
